Runstead stores event timelines, contacts, notes, and settings in your browser. This information is not uploaded to Runstead servers. Backups and printed files are created on your device and are controlled by you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Runstead's licensing service receives the email and transaction identifiers needed to issue and validate a license. It does not receive your full card number.
Runstead may record basic product events such as page views, exports, and checkout starts, along with referral campaign parameters. Event content, vendor contacts, and notes are not included.
Browser data can be removed by clearing site data. Payment and license records are retained as required for fulfillment, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, and accounting.
Questions can be sent by replying to a Runstead receipt.
