A Runstead Pro purchase grants one individual a non-transferable license to use the product for their own commercial event work. The license does not permit resale, redistribution, or offering Runstead itself as a hosted service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of event information and for maintaining backups. Runstead is an organizational tool and does not guarantee event outcomes, vendor performance, or uninterrupted browser storage.
You may not reverse engineer licensing controls, distribute license keys, use the service unlawfully, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds revoke the associated license.
To the extent permitted by law, Runstead is provided as-is without implied warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
These terms may be updated for legal, security, or product reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
